Quiller Triumph

I understand that DVLA is sending out leaflets with vehicle tax renewal forms which state that Lead Replacement Petrol (LRP) is now available and is being sold at garages with the usual red pump handle and 4-star marking, implying that users can just carry on as before. Members would do well to remember that this stuff has not been tested, has no British Standard and will not necessarily offer any protection against valve seat recession. I think this is a gigantic con by the oil companies aided & abetted by the government. Don't say you haven't been warned!
