We warrant this remanufactured engine for 12 Months from date of installation invoice.

PROVIDING THAT: The vehicle is returned to us for a post-rebuild inspection and adjustment not before 400 miles have progressed and not after 800 miles have been progressed.

## ADHERE TO RUNNING-IN PROCEDURES ##

In the event that the goods are faulty, fail, or become faulty within the warranty term the Company will repair or replace the goods as appropriate. Any engine maintenance performed by persons other than Quiller Triumph will invalidate the warranty. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable to the Customer for any amount of money exceeding the invoice value of the goods. Warranties are not transferable with vehicle ownership.

We warrant this remanufactured engine for 24 Months from date of installation invoice.

PROVIDING THAT: The above conditions as detailed above are adhered to AND FURTHER THAT:

An external rocker oil feed supply is fitted by us and for 6-cylinder engines a drop-down oil filter conversion kit is fitted by us. The vehicle is returned to us for an engine service on or before every 6 Months (within a leeway of 1 Month) after date of installation invoice in an ongoing cycle. The details and costing of an Engine Service will be as currently prevailing. Should any 6-Monthly service interval be delayed or otherwise extended than this warranty will be invalidated. AND FURTHER PROVIDING THAT the vehicle is returned to us at between 18 and 20 Months for replacement of the timing chain and engine flush.
